Jessica Dean, the attorney, is a partner with Dean Omar Branham Shirley. She has practiced law for many years and has been practicing family law since 2003, when she became an attorney. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology. Mr Branham also attended UT-Austin, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science before graduating with his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University School of Law (SMU).

Dean passed one section on November 30th 1989 but was not able to take the second section until February 1990 and passed that as well, making her eligible to practice law in the State of Texas.
