Caribou has created an intuitive, real-time, and flexible application that seamlessly connects the customers to their logistics network to provide the best possible services to their customers. The key benefits are easy collection and dispatch. To start with, you simply pick up a package when you are next needed for work or school, and you can collect more than one at the same time.

Once you have it, you send it to your recipient on their smartphone, and then they can pick it up or put it on a gate for you. If they leave it with a courier driver, then the courier can deliver it to your recipient’s door. Chu has a reputation for working alongside high-profile businesses such as Amazon.com, Uber, EDF, P&G, and GE.

Create an account, register, order, and pay, and track your parcel. “To help create a great app, we decided to make it visually appealing. We wanted our customers to have a clear line of communication, and that led to a color scheme and even different sized packaging for better visibility,” noted Caribou official. “You can find the portal at the bottom of the page, and on the right side, you will find a simple and easy user interface. The interface enables you to see all your deliveries and pay your bill online. The new interface automatically imports the quantity and pays the bill, so there is no need to spend time filling in.”

“The most important factor in developing our first app is how it should work and how it should feel,” says Francesco Lettini, Co-Founder & CEO of Caribou. The e-commerce industry is experiencing a growth in its reliance on digital shopping, and customer expectations are at an all-time high. Coupled with this, Amazon’s real-time delivery challenges with their successful deliveries is one the app was designed to solve.

Caribou

In 2017 alone, over 200 million packages were delivered by Amazon in the U.S alone. According to internal Amazon records, only one in 5 Amazon packages ordered were delivered by Amazon drivers. Caribou wants to change that and enable their drivers to offer customers a consistent delivery experience that is global logistics.

It picks up deliveries from multiple suppliers and then delivers them to the customers’ destination. Users will have a ‘Caribou’ icon on their profile that can be added to their phone.
